  • How long does shipping take?

    We send all our parcels via Sendle which will match your address to the most appropriate courier. Through our standard $15 flat rate shipping charge all parcels should arrive within 3-7 business days. If there looks to be any delay in this our customer service team will get in touch with you directly.

  • I am not sure about my size, can you please help explain your sizing?

    All of our styles are Unisex. Please jump on over to our size guide and have a read of these measurements. We find the best and most accurate way to find your match is to flat measure a garment you have that you like the fit of and compare that with what we have listed for each size. Note that all of our measurements are flat garment measurements not body measurements. If you are still in need of more help please do not hesitate to email us directly at hello@shopandrews.com.au and our customer service team will take you through all measurements points

  • Can I mix and match sizes in sets?

    Unfortunately at this stage we cannot offer this. We are still working with small quantities and to break up the size pairings of our sets will leave us with mis matched leftovers. However, please stay tuned on socials and email updates as we will have samples, seconds and one of sizes for sale down the track that might be just what you are looking for. Oh and did someone mention bespoke sets? Yes, we did... Soon, promise!

  • Can I organise local pick up for my order?

    Yes! If you are located in the Lower Hunter, Illawarra or Greater Sydney regions we might be able to help to arrange pick up from various locations. Please email us at hello@shopandrews.com.au before you place your order - if we can arrange local pick up we will send you a discount code to remove your shipping cost.

  • Where are your products made?

    We have a dedicated team of suppliers, each of them hand selected by our founder Elle.  To become an andrews’ supplier you must meet our responsible sourcing requirements which set out expectations on safe and fair working conditions, integrity and transparency in dealings, and improved environmental outcomes. At present, all the suppliers and manufacturers of andrews’ garments are based in China, consistent with the specialty skills developed there.  Our team has been working with these companies for almost a decade and values and respects the expertise, transparency and guidance our suppliers provide.   • How do you address sustainability concerns in your packaging?

    All of our garments are shipped from our manufactures without individual poly bags, we made this choice to drastically reduce this single use plastic very early on in our journey.
    When are parcels are sent out to you they arrive in compostable mailers, with compostable shipping labels attached. The tissue paper inside your parcel is compostable and dyed with soy based inks, our little branded sticker is also compostable. This means that once you take out your PJs, the whole lot can then go into your backyard composting system, and later help you grow some delicious veggies.
